“PREMIUM Club” Program Rules
Service Description
“Premium Club” (from now on also defined as the Program) is a Customer Satisfaction Program available only to Users (from now on also defined as Customers) who register, using the specific registration form, by creating their own account profile on the website www.thatsita.com (from now on also defined as the Platform).
The program is completely free, with free membership and/or conclusion by the Customer, who has no obligation to perform any activity or action with respect to the Program and who can request its exclusion and/or cancellation at any time by sending a request via email to the address: servizio.clienti@thatsita.com .
The “Premium Club” program aims to improve the User experience and promote interaction between the web Platform www.thatsita.com and Customers through a system of Points that are recognized based on activities carried out by Users on the Platform.
Upon reaching previously determined thresholds published on the Platform, the accumulated Points can be used by the Customer to redeem Rewards, in the form of Discount Vouchers and/or freebies such as, by way of example and not limited to, "free products" previously defined by nature, amount, duration and conditions of use, in the appropriate section of the Platform.
Points Section
For information purposes only and not exhaustively, Points are awarded for purchases made by the Customer and fully processed on the Platform, for registration activities for the Program, for registration activities for commercial newsletters and/or similar.
The activities and methods through which the Customer can earn points are described daily on the specific web page of the Program ( https://thatsita.com/pages/premium-club ).
Awards Section
For information purposes only and not exhaustively, Rewards are recognized as Discount Vouchers in €, or discount vouchers in %; in both these cases, the value of the discount expressed will be understood as an amount applicable to the net amount (i.e. excluding, by way of example and not limited to: taxes, duties, shipping costs, charges for other services connected to the supply of goods, additional discounts simultaneously applicable, where applicable) of the value of a single order placed by the Customer after the date of redemption of the Reward by the Customer.
Unless otherwise and explicitly indicated, available on the Discount Coupons and/or on Personal communications forwarded to the Customer through the Platform or via the accredited email addresses (for example and not limited to premium.club@thatsita.com , comunicazioni@thatsita.com ), the Prizes, or the Discount Coupons are to be understood as limited to a single use, relating to an order subsequent to the date of redemption of the Prize by the Customer.
Other Rewards may consist of discounts in € value or in % value on the list price of individual products and/or collections of products, previously defined and described on the Platform and/or in Personal communications sent to the Customer through the Platform or via accredited email addresses (for example and not limited to premium.club@thatsita.com , comunicazioni@thatsita.com ).
Unless otherwise explicitly indicated, made available in advance on the Platform, on the Discount Coupons and/or on Personal communications forwarded to the Customer, the accredited email addresses (for example and not limited to premium.club@thatsita.com , comunicazioni@thatsita.com ) the Prizes, or the Discount Coupons are to be understood as limited to a single use, relating to an order subsequent to the date of redemption of the Prize by the Customer and are in no way to be understood as cumulative with each other. The Customer who should have multiple Discount Coupons of any nature is informed and therefore aware that he/she may proceed to use only one Discount Coupon or Prize, for each single purchase.
Points and Rewards Balance Monitoring
The Customer, through his/her Reserved Area, available after accessing the “ My Account ” section of the website https://thatsita.com, has control of the dedicated and personal section of the Program where he/she can view the Points Balance and their expiry, together with the number, nature and amount of the Discount Vouchers or Rewards at his/her disposal, as well as their expiry.
For any clarification and/or reporting needs, the Customer can contact the Platform via the accredited email addresses and contacts indicated in their Reserved Area.
Program Modifications, Suspensions and Cancellations
Given the free, totally free and free from any form of constraint nature that characterizes the Service, the Owner (the application www.thatsita.com ) reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or revoke the Program or parts of it, without the need to formally notify Users.
The Owner is also granted the right to suspend and/or revoke and/or cancel the Program as well as the access credentials to it for individual Users, should the latter engage in improper and/or harmful use of the Program.
The Owner undertakes to manage any modification, integration or revocation for the ultimate purpose of pursuing the objective of the Program, that is, enriching the User experience while maintaining a high level of quality of the Services offered overall by the Platform www.thatsita.com .
By accessing the Program, the User fully accepts every definition and every condition expressed even in an eventual form in this Regulation and in each of the dedicated sections of the Program on the web page https://thatsita.com/pages/premium-club and on all information or communication tools that refer to the Program.
