Fiaschetto Tomato from Torre Guaceto grown organically at almost 50 metres above sea level, in the Torre Guaceto Reserve.
For the preparation of the pesto The tomatoes are picked by hand, processed within a few hours, dried in the sun, crushed and flavoured with fennel seeds, hot chilli pepper and Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
Ideal as a condiment for pasta, it becomes the protagonist with bruschetta, canapés and savoury baked products.
