Product single variety , from naturally grown datterini tomatoes, picked at the right ripeness, processed within a few hours of harvesting, strictly by hand.

The result is a full-bodied puree, which retains all the sweetness and aromas of freshly picked tomatoes, in their pure form, without the addition of other ingredients.
