ROERO RESERVE DOCG 2019
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: intense ruby red color, intense aroma with floral notes on the nose. In the mouth it is soft, harmonious, slightly tannic.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Nebbiolo.
VINIFICATION: traditional maceration, floating cap for approximately 18 days in concrete tanks.
REFINEMENT: 15 months in wood, 50% oak barrels 50% used barriques. Refinement in bottle for 5 months. Storage and shelf life: bottle lying down, over 10 years.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 16-18 °C.
