Fiaschetto Tomato from Torre Guaceto grown organically at almost 50 metres above sea level, in the Torre Guaceto Reserve.
Harvested by hand and processed within a few hours, the tomato is cut in two, dried in the oven at medium temperatures for 10-14 hours, then preserved in a jar with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Riserva di Torre Guaceto without the addition of any type of preservative.
The drying method used allows the tomato to lose only the excess water, concentrating all the juices and sugars contained within it.
