Made with traditional methods and a century-old recipe. The husks of walnuts, of the “Sorrento” variety , are harvested when they are at their “balsamic” moment, rich in essential oils.
They are then cut and left to macerate in alcohol for 40 days. At the end of the maceration period, the mixture is diluted with a syrup of water, sugar and natural flavours, such as nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.
Finally, the infusion is filtered using Holland cloths.
