Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG
DESCRIPTION Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, characterized by an intense fruitiness of small red fruits, spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate it is complex with great structure, with persistent tannins.
GRAPES GRAPES Sagrantino 100%.
VINIFICATION Fermentation on the skins in steel tanks, maceration for at least 3 weeks.
REFINEMENT In oak barrels for 18 months and in steel for 9/12 months, 12 months in the bottle.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 18 °C.
