The colatura is the result of the surfacing of the liquid extracted from the salting of the Menaica Anchovies, a Slow Food Presidium.
It is characterised by a light colour and has a delicate but strong flavour.
Its use can enhance many dishes and preparations: from classic spaghetti with anchovy sauce to fish soups or risottos.
Minimum Durability Date (TMC) or expiry date available on the physical product label upon delivery.
