GRAPES: Barbera and Nebbiolo vinified in white with the addition of Favorita grapes.
DESCRIPTION: wine with a light straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it recalls the fragrant, dry and complex aroma of bread crust and yeast crust. dry, savoury, bitterish and balanced wine in the mouth. white and persistent foam.
REFINEMENT: in autoclave for a minimum of four months.
REFERMENTATION: extended over a period of two months.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 8 °C.
