Piennolo cherry tomatoes from Vesuvius DOP.
Selected and harvested manually, after careful washing it is cut into two parts and placed in the oven to dry at a temperature below 60° C.
They are then preserved in oil in a jar, with the addition of oregano, garlic and salt, the ideal elements to enhance the intense flavour of the tomato.
