ROERO ARNEIS DOCG 2019
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: straw yellow colour, aroma with notes of yellow pulp fruit, predominantly peach and pear combined with tropical fruits. In the mouth is soft and persistent, with savoury and mineral finish typical of the sandy soils of Roero.
GRAPE VARIETIES: ARNEIS.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation at low temperatures (up to 13°C).
REFINEMENT: in stainless steel tanks with minimum battonage for 3 months. Shelf life: 3 years with the bottle lying down.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 8 °C.
