Montefalco DOC Red
DESCRIPTION: Intense ruby red colour, fruity with spicy notes, fresh palate with balanced, broad and persistent tannins.
GRAPES: Sangiovese 60%, Merlot 25%, Sagrantino 15%.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation on the skins in steel tanks, maceration for approximately 2/3 weeks.
REFINEMENT: in barrels / barriques, steel tanks, at least 6 months in bottle.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 16-18 °C.
