Harvested and processed by hand, they are made into tomato juice and transformed in an artisanal way with the sole addition of sugar (10%).
The percentage of tomato used is 295 g per 100 g of finished product.
An ideal accompaniment for mature and semi-mature cheeses, it also exquisitely enhances grilled and boiled meats and tartare.
