The raw wheat used is in fact the ancient Gentil Rosso wheat , tall ears, harvested from organic cultivation in the lands of Urbino. PICUS has a brilliant opalescent straw yellow color and a very white, abundant, compact and persistent foam.

Refreshing and thirst-quenching, with a creamy and unobtrusive perlage, an elegant and delicate bitterness, PICUS is a pleasantly balanced and easy-drinking beer.
