ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: ruby red color. On the nose it has an intense aroma with notes floral. In the mouth it is soft, harmonious, slightly tannic.

VINIFICATION: floating cap maceration for approximately 12 days in concrete tanks.
REFINEMENT: in concrete tanks for at least 6 months with a small percentage in wood.
Storage and shelf life: bottle stored horizontally for over 5 years.
